From South Korea to Canadian immigration consulting.
Alex Yong-Kun Kim is the RCIC and CEO of BeHERE Immigration Consulting in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Alex was raised in South Korea and developed an early interest in law and political matters. He studied Politics and International Relations at Chosun University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 2006. His first role after university was in the South Korean National Assembly, where he worked as an assistant aide.
After coming to Canada in 2008, Alex looked for a way to use his interest in law while working within real financial and time constraints. Immigration consulting became the right path. In 2010, after studying Immigration Law Practice at Ashton College, he became a licensed immigration consultant, also called an RCIC.
Alex began as an assistant, handled numerous cases, and founded BeHERE Consulting Ltd. in 2013. His work has included complicated immigration and visa matters, as well as support for clients affected by immigration scams and fraud. His focus is to help clients rebuild their lives in Canada with a path that is careful, ethical, and clear.
